My 20 ways to impove and make my life better

I had a peak of irritation today in the afternoon. Well, it was related to my attempts to install Kubuntu with KDE 3.5. It turned out, I made some mistakes on what to download. Well, it happens.
So, I decided to read some Steve Pavlina again. I read his article on 33-ways-to-boost-your-productivity. The volume 2 gave me an idea to create the list of 20 ways to improve myself.
Here it is:
  1. cook for yourself healthy food
  2. enlarge your friends circle
  3. enlist in clubs
  4. review your working habits
  5. set up weekly language hours for French and Japanese
  6. think about things to do at weekends (running, going to museums or something else)
  7. never stay later than 10 p.m.
  8. Do push-ups at some frequency
  9. learn how to speak
  10. be more productive at the Uni
  11. be less rude and more friendly
  12. exercise daily
  13. get inspiration from life and relationships
  14. blog every day
  15. smile more
  16. make stronger connections with family
  17. take risks and try new things
  18. stay optimistic, try to avoid depression by relating with others
  19. try to stay focused on your goals, do everything it takes to succeed in what matters to you
  20. enjoy your life =)
That's it. I like it, because it is empowering and I feel like I can do things again. It is more motivational to write one, than to read one, so it's better you write yours soon. Now.
I did not work today at all, just some daily routine like washing dishes.
On relationships: I want them. I am not sure of the subject yet, but I want to try it with him. People are hurt too easily, that's why it is so scary to develop feelings for someone. But screw this. What the life is, if not joy and frustration in an uncertain proportion. I am too lonely and too excited to wait.
